Hello! 😍 Today I'm going to bake BREAD on campfire and cook Lamb Finger KEBAB on Sadj !👧
I love to make our family's meals outside our country house. As I live in a village far from city ,I rather to cook and bake in the yard. Today I'm going to bake a traditional bread on the sadj on the campfire. And the I'm going to cook a delicious tasty lamb and beef finger kebab also on the sadj and on campfire. By the way my father is making a brick oven and an brick stove for me! So I can cook on them soon! I love to cook on fire! At the end I make a delicious sandwich of my own baked bread and the tasty finger kebab. I hope you enjoy all the video💋

Wheat flour : 1 Kg
Vegetable oil : 3 Tablespoon
Instant yeast : 1 Tablespoon
Salt : 1 Tablespoon
Sugar : 1 Tablespoon
Warm water

Ingredients for finger sadj kebab:
Lamb and beef Meat : 1 Kg
Onion : 3
Bread crumbs : 6 Tablespoon
Egg Yolk : 1
Lemon : 1
Milk : half a cup
Salt
Black pepper
Vegetable oil : 2 Tablespoon
