Mee Hong Kong, tanpa perlu kisar apa-apa. Cepat dimasak, sedap dimakan..lagi-lagi musim hujan sekarang ni.

Hidangan: 5-6 orang

Resepi Mee Hong Kong

800ml air
200g daging lembu
800g mee kuning / mee Hokkien
4 sudu besar minyak masak
5 ulas bawang putih, cincang (30g)
3 sudu besar kicap soya cair
3 sudu besar sos tiram
1 cawan stok ayam (boleh digantikan dengan kiub jika tiada)
2 cawan air
serbuk lada putih, sesuaikan rasa
1 sudu kecil gula, sesuaikan rasa
1 sudu kecil garam, sesuaikan rasa
air tepung jagung (3 sudu besar tepung jagung + 5 sudu besar air)

Bahan lain: (boleh gunakan apa sahaja)
udang
sotong
bebola ikan

Sayur-sayuran: (boleh gunakan apa sahaja)
daun sawi
lobak merah
jagung bayi

Hiaskan:
bawang goreng
..

Servings: 5-6

800ml of water
200g of beef
800g eggs / Hokkien noodles
4 tablespoons cooking oil
5 cloves garlic, chopped (30g)
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 cup chicken stock (can be replaced with beef/chicken bouillon)
2 cups water
white pepper powder, adjust to taste
1 teaspoon sugar, adjust the taste
1 teaspoon of salt, adjust to taste
cornstarch slurry (3 tablespoons cornflour + 5 tablespoons water)

Other: (you can use protein on hand)
prawns
squids
fish balls

Vegetables: (your choice)
mustard leaves
carrot
baby corn

Garnish:
fried onions
