pls excuse my nasally voice, I currently have a cold and really wanted to upload some content for you guys!

In today's video, I'll be taking you with me to my second pastry class of the semester! For today's class, we are asked to prepare any gateaux of our choice with a minimum of 3 different textures, as well as a mirror glaze and a chocolate garnish.

After we prepare our desserts, our lecturer tastes them and gives us feedback on how we can improve them as well as give us points for our grade.
