Smoked Turkey is one of my all time favorite things to smoke in the Pit Boss Vertical Pellet Smoker. Today, I show you the method that thousands of people have tried and swear by. The turkey gets brined overnight and then slathered in a mixture of mayonnaise and BBQ rub. I also show you a smoked Au Gratin Potato side dish that you can make the day before.
