This is how I make Kumiko strips and my findings of making them with hand tools as a beginner. I hope this video will encourage people who wants to start Kumiko but have no woodworking experience like how I started.

It's not how you are supposed to use a marking gauge but hey, it works, it's safe and it doesn't cost you much so it's good for a beginner like me.
