Smoking a brisket on a gas grill doesn't sound like a recipe for good BBQ, but the Lifetime Smoker Grill Combo combines a gas grill and a pellet grill over the same cooking surface. I wanted to see if I could make a brisket on it and a few other foods to test out how well it worked as a gas grill, a pellet grill, and using both at the same time. I also answer the all important question . . . Will it PIZZA? To my surprise, this grill really does get to 700 degrees F.
