Cashew cream
Ingredients:

500 g raw cashews
200 ml soy / cashew milk
1 tablespoon inactive yeast flakes
2 capsules of probiotic or probiotic obtained from the hydration of cashew nuts or 2 spoons of rejuvelac

Cream of rice

Ingredients:
500 g boiled rice (round grain)
200 ml soy milk or rice
100 ml olive oil
juice from a lemon
salt
