My Ron's favorite Bluberry Pecan Coffee Cake is something I always have prepared, because we love it and because it's perfect when you have someone drop by. This Coffee Cake is very easy to prepare and it only takes a few ingredients you probably already have at home, and you can add you're favorite berry's. I hope you give it a try.❤️

INGREDIENTS FOR CINNAMON FILLING_________
1 C. Light Brown Sugar
1 C. All Purpose Flour
2 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon


Crumb Pecan Topping_________
7 Tbsp room temperature Salted Butter
1 C. Light Brown Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
1 C. All purpose flour
3/4 C. Finely chopped Pecans

CAKE INGREDIENTS __________
1 1/4 C. Butter room temperature
1 1/4 C. Granulated Sugar
3/4 C. Light Brown Sugar
3 x-Large Eggs
1 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 C. SOUR Cream
1 tsp Kosher Salt
3 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 C. MILK (add a little more if needed)
3 2/3 C. All purpose flour
3/4 C. Blueberries
● Add in with Filling if you wish, might get heavy if you add too much.
