I’ve been experimenting making pizzas using frozen doughs. For this video, I made a square pizza, Grandma style.
I had no issues in making a sheet pan pizza from frozen dough balls. It took a while for the dough to defrost but it came out really well.
70% hydration 300 grams
15 mins 500 F ° 260 C°
