Located in the centre of PJ, in between Old town and New town, Mid town is sandwiched between the industrial area of section 13 & 17. Surrounded by mature amenities, you can get almost everything here from malls, grade A offices, shop offices, old landed houses, empty field, converted factory in cafes and etc.
Part of the charm is also the local culture consisting food and people. The varieties of food here is just insanely abundant and most of them are hidden among the local housing neighbourhood.
For the building, it's rather functional oriented in design. Nothing much to boast about as well as nothing much to critique except for some rainwater management in the units and roof top.
Most of the units are bought by people who live within the area for their next generation as well as downsizing. As the saying goes, PJ folks will always stay within PJ.
