Being part of the paradigm development that consists of offices, hotel, mall, Sapphire would be the residence component. They are all connected and it would really convenient for everyone. Also, this is located within the matured address of Petaling Jaya. Here you have education, commercial, leisure, LRT, highways and etc, practically everything we need to move in.

This building is designed to be on the luxury side based on the furnishings applied to the common area, also the scale of the units. But the entrance just doesn't feel like it. However, my favourite area would be the roof top facilities deck. The architect managed to capture the height well resulting in a 360 panoramic view across the surrounding.

Unfortunately, this is those example what we know as completed unsold units. There will be stigma around such units but in the eye of investors, there will always be opportunities. We get all certainties of the project and the rental rates, matching along with sales packages provided by the developer, making this project pretty interesting.
