Hello Guys,

Welcome to "Perpetual's Kitchen".

Today I will be showing you that how to cook this crispy "Stuffed Bombay Duck" 😊

☛FOR MASALA PASTE:-
Take ½ bowl of coriander leaves in a grinding jar.
10 to 12 mint leaves.
4 to 5 Green chillies (Cut into half)
7 to 8 Garlic cloves.
½ inch roughly chopped ginger.
½ tsp Cumin seeds.
½ tsp salt.
Coarsely grind.
Add little water.
½ lemon juice.
¼ tsp turmeric powder.
½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder.
Grind it to a fine paste.
Our masala paste is ready.

☛FOR STUFFING:-
Turn on the gas stove, heat a frying pan.
Once the pan is hot then add 2 tbsp of oil.
Once the oil is heated then add ½ tsp of cumin seeds.
Saute it well.
Now add 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
Saute it well.
Now add 3 finely chopped onions.
Saute it till the onions are light brown.
As you can see that the onions are light brown, so now we'll add ½ tsp of coriander powder.
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder.
Salt to taste.
Mix it well.
Now add ½ bowl of chopped spring onions (Green Portion) & mix it well.
Now add 150 grams of Prawns (Washed & Cleaned) & mix it well.
Add 1 tbsp of lemon juice & mix it well.
Our Stuffing is ready.

☛FOR COATING:-
Take ½ bowl of semolina in a plate.
¼ bowl of plain flour.
3 tbsp corn flour.
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder.
¼ tsp turmeric powder.
Salt to taste.
Mix it well.
*Our coating is ready.

⬗Method:-
Take 6 to 7 large Bombay Ducks (Bombil) - Washed & Cleaned
Apply the masala paste.
Apply it evenly on both the sides.
Now take one Bombay Duck & scoop in some of the prawn mix & spread it on top of the fish & pat it evenly.
Roll it & seal it with the help of a toothpick.
Now coat the stuffed Bombay Duck with the mixture of semolina & plain flour.
Coat it very nicely & softly using light hands & dust the excess flour 7 shallow fry it for 3 minutes on a low flame.
After 3 minutes, roll the stuffed Bombay duck & fry it for another 3 minutes on a low flame.

OUR "STUFFED BOMBAY DUCK" IS READY TO SERVE😊
Take it out on an absorbent paper.
