In 1995, an adventurous locomotive crew from the Krøderbanen Heritage Railway in Norway embarked on an unforgettable journey to Germany and Poland.
With their experience from locomotive practice weeks in Wolsztyn in 1990 and 1991, they had built strong bonds with the Polish crews and the locomotive management there.
During their 1995 visit, they joined a freight train from Wolsztyn to Konotop on the now-defunct railway line between Wolsztyn and Nowa Sol.
At Konotop station, they spontaneously "borrowed" the train and shot a delightful short film for fun. This is the captivating tale of their journey and the whimsical film they created, now being shown publicly for the first time.
