A new style of Flavored pie, with ricotta and canned tuna.
Ingredients for pie :
230 ml (1 cup) - warm water
10 g of fresh yeast
1 spoon - sugar
300 g (2.1/2 cup) - white flour
1 teaspoon - salt
Ricotta - 200g
Canned tuna - 50g
I decorated it with sweet pepper, mozzarella and black olives

🌡️ Bake for 40-45 minutes at 190°C / 374°F (top/bottom)
