The Gojo Mine was once a copper mine in Nosegawa Village, Nara Prefecture. In addition to the main Kanayafuchi deposit, there are three deposits, the Tateri deposit and the Shion deposit. rice field. It seems that the Shion deposit was closed before the war due to the collapse of the tunnel, but the ore mined at the Kanayafuchi and Tateri deposits was transported to the mineral processing plant at Kanayafuchi and turned into copper concentrate and sulfide concentrate. It was mined and transported to Gojo by a ropeway.
This time, we will follow the mine track trace that started from the Tateri village and extended from the Tateri deposit to the Kanayafuchi mineral processing plant.
