CHANA CHAT
Ingredients:
-Boiled chickpeas 2 cups
-Boiled potato cubes 1 cup
-Onion chopped 1/4 cup
-Tomato 1/2 cup
-Green chilli 1
-Fresh coriander 2-3 tbs
-Yogurt 1 & 1/2 cup
-Green chutni 2-3 tbs
-Tamarind / imli chutni 2-3 tbs
-Black salt 1/4 tsp or to taste
-Chaat masala 2 tsp or to taste
-Papdi as required
Directions:
-In a large bowl, add chickepeas, potatoes, onion, tomato, green chili, fresh coriander, yogurt, green chutni, imli chutni, black salt, chaat masala and mix well.
-In a serving bowl, add prepared chaat, top with papdi, boiled potatoes, onion, tomato, fresh coriander, chaat masala, yogurt and tamarind / imli chutni.
