Colorful burek with meat and potatoes according to a recipe that works every time. Spread the noodles over the entire table. Super tasty pie that the whole family loves.
THE INGREDIENTS WE USED:
700 grams of flour
1 kg of potatoes
400 grams of ground beef
oil
spices: salt, pepper, dry spice
butter
onion
WRITTEN PRESCRIPTION:
✅ Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 3 tablespoons of oil to 700 grams of flour. Add lukewarm water gradually while kneading the dough
✅ Roll out the dough and separate 4 noodles that we need to insert additionally and form 4 balls. Leave for 15 minutes at room temperature
✅ Roll 4 noodles into circles, oil and leave for another 15 minutes
✅ In 400 grams of minced meat, add 50 ml of water, onion and spices: half a spoonful of salt, 1 spoonful of dry spices. Mix well
✅ Cut 1 kg of potatoes into cubes and season with: salt and pepper
✅ Spread the noodles on the table, cut them in half and fill them - first the potatoes and then the meat. Roll up and arrange in the pan in circles or fingers
✅ Pour a little oil over the pie and let it bake at 250°C until it is nicely browned
✅ Cover the pie with salted water and return it to the oven for a few minutes
✅ Coat with butter. Enjoy.
