Welcome back, Frac Crew!

With the help of my friend, Roland, I was able to make sausage for the first time. I can’t believe how easy this is to do. It’s definitely an art, but I was able to get the hang of it. Using a 50/50 blend of beef and pork is a perfect combination for this sausage. Now you can make your own seasoning, but I bought mine. I got it from a Meat Market in El Campo, Texas called Novaks Meat Market. It is a special place to me because my Grandma grew up in El Campo and when she would go back to visit her and my Grandpa would bring sausage back for us. It has the absolute best flavor that is equivalent to the perfect Texas Sausage Flavor. They actually do ship the seasoning so I will leave a link below so you guys can go check that out. Now if you are going to make your own seasoning please be sure to include pink curing salt because that is needed when working with pork! Happy Sausage making!

Big special thanks to Roland for coming down and hanging out with us! Stay tuned for more videos with him in it.
