00:40 Perineal Tear क्या होता है?
जब Baby Vagina से बहर आता है तब Vagina की outer layer जिसे Introitus कहते है वे cut हो जाता है। क्यों की Baby का सर 9-10 Cm का होता है और Vaginal Opening छोटी होती है। Isliye Introitus पर cut लगाया जाता है जिससे Episiotomy कहते हैं।

जब हम बैठते हैं तो उस Area को Perineam कहते हैं। जब Episiotomy करते है तकी Baby का सर आसानी से निकल सके। यदि Baby का सर ज्यादा बड़ा है तो यह cut anus तक चला जाता है। और इससे 3rd Degree Perineal Tear कहते हैं।
