Ingredients:
curd cheese 550 g
sugar 170 g
egg 4 pcs (C1)
cream 30-33% 250 g
corn starch 25 g

Important: Always beat at a low mixer speed. You can't beat for a long time!
Bake in a preheated oven at 210 gr for 40-50 minutes, top-bottom mode. After cooling to room temperature, then at least 2 hours in the refrigerator! We remove the form after complete cooling!
