Step 1: Film Unwinding and Heating
The process begins with the machine feeding a roll of plastic film into the system. This film will form the base of the blister packs. As the film unwinds, it is gently heated to make it pliable and ready for forming.

Step 2: Blister Forming
Next, the heated film passes through a forming station where it is molded into individual blister cavities using a forming tool. These cavities are specifically shaped to hold cosmetic products, such as creams, serums, or lotions.

Step 3: Product Filling
