[Spicy Chamnamul salad]

Ingredients: chamnamul
Dressing:
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
1 Tbsp red pepper powder
1 Tbsp rice syrup (or maple/agave syrup)
1/3 Tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp sesame oil
sesame seeds

Directions
1. Rinse chamnamul clean and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
2. Mix it with the dressing and it's done.


Today, I made a spicy and sour salad with fragrant chamnamul.
It's good with fried tofu!
