- 1 & 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 tbsp veg oil
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 100 gms margarine
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar (brown sugar)
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup yogurt

Raspberry Filling:
- 8 tbsp raspberry jam

Frosting
- 600 ml thickenED cream
- 70 gm icing sugar
- 1 Hazelnut instant coffee sachet
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract

The base of the cupcake is a rich, moist coffee-flavored cake, made with espresso or strong coffee. The batter is infused with the fragrant aroma and bold taste of coffee, creating a wonderful foundation.
