Deklan's Uncle sent Milwaukee Police the following letter:

"My four year old nephew Deklan, from Northern Maine is a big fan of all things police, and wants to be a police officer when he grows up. To try to keep that going, I came up with the idea to send letters to police departments all over the country in the hopes of getting some great photos from the police departments and leaning some geography in the process. When we get a response, we will learn a little about that town/city.

Our hope is that you will take this enclosed cutout of Deklan and snap a photo of it with one of your police vehicles and anything else you might think of from around your department or town/city, and then mail it back."

MPD decided to do one better and make a little video for Deklan.
