U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development (RD) Chief Operating Officer .Roger Glendenning and Oklahoma State Director Kenneth Corn announced more than $29 million in funding for water and wastewater projects in the City of Seminole. During the 2022 storms, two tornadoes within 48 hours directly impacted Seminole causing extensive damage. This funding will allow the City of Seminole to continue delivering safe and accessible drinking water by repairing damage from the storm and bringing the current system up to the standards of today.
