Thanks in part to funding from the Inflation Reduction Act, the Paul Wissmach Glass Co. received a $500,000 Rural Energy for America Program grant to install energy efficient equipment. This allows them to produce and employ more and stabilize their labor costs for their small rural business and continue to continue as a second-chance employer.
