white beans

Pine nuts, walnuts, roasted sesame seeds

how to make
1. Soak the white beans overnight, add plenty of water to a pot and boil over high heat.
When it starts to boil, boil it 5-6 more times and eat a bean. If there is no fishy smell and it is crunchy, immediately soak it in cold water.
2. Cool the water in which the beans were boiled.
3. Pour a lot of water and gently rub the beans with your hands to remove the bean skin.
4. Add pine nuts, walnuts, and roasted sesame seeds to the peeled beans, add 2.5-3 times the amount of water as the beans, grind in a blender until thick, and cool in the refrigerator.
5. Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, soak them in cold water, peel them, and cut them in half.
5. Slice the cucumber and cut the watermelon or tomato into bite-sized pieces.
6. Add noodles to boiling water and boil.
When the water boils, add cold water little by little. Boil again and repeat adding cold water 4-5 times.
7. Put the well-boiled noodles in cold water and rub them with your hands to remove the starch. Make one serving each.
8. Place noodles in a bowl, top with watermelon, tomatoes, and eggs. Season the soybean broth with salt and pour a generous amount into the bowl.
8. Add salt to the soup just before eating, or season it to suit each individual's taste when eating.
