Until the season is over! My husband asks to cook this cake 3 times a week!
It's so delicious that I make it almost every day! When I have only 15 minutes, I bake this delicious cake! We ate everything in 5 minutes! Incredibly quick and easy recipe! Everyone likes this recipe, it's very tasty š šI would be very happy if you subscribe to my channel. Thank you all for that š

Ingredients: (glass size 200 ml)
Pudding:
1 egg
50 g / 1.7 oz sugar (2 tbsp)
30 g / 1 oz cornstarch (1 heaped tbsp)
20 ml / 0.7 fl. oz lemon juice (juice of half a lemon)
250 ml / 8.4 fl. ounces of milk
Cook on medium power until thickened and boiling.
1 egg
150 g / 5.3 oz sugar (4/5 cup)
1/5 tsp vanillin
60 g / 2.1 oz butter (3 tbsp)
120 ml/ 4 fl. ounces of milk
230 g / 8.1 oz wheat flour (1 cup + 2/3 cup)
7 g / 0.3 oz baking powder (1.5 tsp)
1 tsp ginger
400 g/ 14.1 oz cherries
Bake the pie in the oven for 40 minutes at 180C (365F)
Decorate with powdered sugar.
