You can never just make one video on a Wes Anderson film, and certainly not on The French Dispatch. This is why after my video a few weeks ago looking at the cinematography, which everyone seemed to like, I’m following it up with a video all about the animation, as I didn’t get a chance to talk about it as much as I wanted to, and it’s probably my favourite part of the film.

So, in today’s video, I’ll be covering Wes Anderson's use of animation, the animation style used in The French Dispatch, why it works so well, as well as how they did it.
