This 30-Minute Total Body Strength-Workout with Weights-No Repeats will challenge your entire body. You will need 2 sets of dumbbells or hand weights to complete this routine. My heavier set is 6kg and my lighter set is 4kg.
There are 3 parts to this routine:
Part 1: 7 exercises with heavier dumbbells
Part 2: 7 exercises with lighter dumbbells
Part 3: 7 exercises with body weight
Each exercise is 1 minute long.
Warm-up and cool-down are included in this routine.
