Healthy cooking for 1 or 2 people can be such a challenge! Most recipes are written to serve 6-8 people and it gets SO boring eating the same dish all week long.

And how many times have you bought something for a recipe and then never used it again? Nothing is worse than when you don't get to use up the ingredients in your fridge before they spoil. In this video, I'll show you my favourite grocery store finds to keep on hand in the fridge, freezer, and pantry to be able to rock out healthy meals and snacks for one in no time!
