When you're at the end of your grocery budget, and don't have much left, it is overwhelming to try to make a lot of meals out of a few inexpensive ingredients. I know, I've been there! In today's video, I went shopping with a low budget trying to make a meal plan for the week that included breakfast, lunch and dinner. For me in my area of Utah, this cost me $1.69 a day but prices will vary depending on where you live. These are some of the cheapest foods to eat. It was enough food and actually kept me full since it included some complex food groups such as eggs, beans, lentils and brown rice. I hope this helps you or someone you know. So that when you're overwhelmed, wondering what in the world your family is going to eat, you can make delicious, nutritious meals for cheap!! I hope you find a little cooking inspiration..
