Today I’m sharing one of my very highly requested videos with you all. I can’t believe I’ve been doing YouTube for so long and haven’t shared this recipe yet. This Creole bun is a must in every Belizean household.

👩🏻‍🍳 BELIZEAN CREOLE BUN

4 cups white all-purpose flour
¾ cup-1 cup brown sugar
1 ½ teaspoon nutmeg
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 ½ tablespoon rapid rise yeast
8 tablespoons (1 stick) margarine
1 ¼ cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup raisins, optional

Bake at 350 F or 177 C for 20 minutes.
