1 pound sweet potatoes – peel and slice as thinly as possible.
We do not throw away the crusts, but put them in the oven at 190 °C
20 minutes at 370°F.
Grease a baking dish with oil.

8 fluid ounces of milk cream.
1 teaspoon nutmeg.
1 teaspoon oregano.
black pepper.
Cheese 2 tbsp.
A bunch of green garlic.
Salt to taste.
1 tablespoon oatmeal.
Pour the creamy sauce over the sweet potatoes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 °C
20 minutes at 370 °F.
Add salt.

Let's prepare a fresh sweet potato salad.
200 grams/0.5 pounds sweet potato.
200 grams/0.5 pounds of apple.
Lemon peel 1 tsp.
Juice of 1 lemon.
3 tablespoons olive oil.
Half an avocado.
Add salt.
Water 100 ml.
Top with sweet potato chips.
