Ingredients:

275g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp cornflour
115g unsalted butter/baking spread
100g light brown sugar
100g granulated sugar
1 medium egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
150g fresh raspberries
250g white chocolate chips

Recipe:
1. Cream butter and sugars together
2. Add egg and vanilla extract and combine
3. Add dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt and cornflour) and mix until dough is formed
4. Add white chocolate and mix until evenly distributed
5. Add raspberries and combine slowly
6. Put balls of mixture onto a lined baking tray with baking paper
7. Bake at 200°C (maybe a bit less) for 10mins
