Korean Shaved Ice is something I always enjoyed in the Spring and Summer in Korea~! The frozen milk was still a bit thick here instead of being very fine like snow, but it still tasted just as good! I personally don't like adding corn syrup in my Bingsu and I know not everyone has it at home. So I kept it really simple and easy as well as affortable! That way anyone can make these five different versions at home!

Remember the best thing about bingsu is that you can add more or less toppings as you like ! Here is the way I made my own down below! You can always add more toppings or condensed milk if you like it sweeter (yes, lachera will work if you don't have condensed milk) 💕 Enjoy!

🍧Recipes:

🥛BASE for Bingsu:
- 2 cups milk of choice
-2 tbsp condensed milk
do a little taste test to see if it's to your liking
(remember you can add more condensed milk if you like it sweeter)

🎀 Strawberry Bingsu:
- Bingsu Base
-Handful of Strawberries (5-8) or more
-2 or 3 tbsp of condensed milk or more
- cheese cake bites 5 or 10 (optional)
-whip cream

🎀Mango Bingsu:
-Bingu Base
- 1 mango cut into cubes
-2 or 3 tbsp of condensed milk or more
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

🎀Chocolate Bingsu:
- Bingsu Base
- 2 brownies cut into pieces
- half chocolate bar shaved
- 3 tbsp Hershey's chocolate syrup
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- 3 or 4 tbsp of cocoa powder
-whip cream

🎀Injeolmi Bingsu:
-Bingsu Base
-Injeolmi Powder (Korean Multi grain powder)
-Injeolmi rice cakes
-4tbsp of condensed milk
-1/2 cup shredded almonds
-1 scoop sweetened red beans (optional)

🎀Matcha Bingsu:
-Matcha milk for BASE
-2 cups milk mixed with 2 teaspoons of matcha powder
-3 or 4 tbsp of condensed milk
-1 scoop of matcha ice cream
-1 scoop of sweetened red beans
- 1tbsp shredded almonds (optional)
