Bingsu (or Bingsoo) is Korean style shaved ice is a dessert comprised of finely shaved ice, sometimes called "snow," with sweet toppings that include chopped fruit, condensed milk, fruit syrup and most commonly, red bean. But maybe you're looking for something a little more approachable? I also featured their Chocolate Lava Bingsu which has a scoop of ice cream hidden within the snow, and is topped with a chocolate cake. The other two favorite flavors were mango and taro.
