【Ingredients/amount】
※For 2dough
Egg/12
Sugar/300g
Cake Flour/350g
Baking powder/Tbsp1
Butter/50g
Cream/50ml
Vanilla essence/a little

A)ーーーーーーーーーーーーー
Orange peel (Cut)/90g
Lemon peel (Cut)/90g
Dried fruit (Cut)/80g
Angelica (Cut)/80g
Walnuts (crush)/80g
Pistacchio/50g
Chocolate chips/30g
ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー
Spray sugar (yellow/purple/mix/blue) /desired amount
Cream/400ml
Sugar/20g
Edible flower/desired amount

【Cooking Process】
[Preparation]
Spread the cooking sheet adjusted for the oven plate
Preheat the oven to 170°
Weight ingredients

[Sponge cake]
① Put eggs into a bowl and whip it, add sugar two or three times separately and mix together.
Add the cake flour and baking powder which are prepared smoothed two or three times separately (leave about Tbsp1)
Add melted butter, cream, and vanilla essence and mix it carefully not to smash the bubbles.

② Add A mixed with the cake flour and the spray sugar, mix all of it not to smash the bubbles and pour it into the oven plate.
Sprinkle the spray sugar on the batter and bake it by preheated 170° oven for 25 min.

[Decolation]
③ Let the dough cool down, hollow it by 18cm cercle.
④ Put the cream and sugar together into a bowl and mix it.
⑤ Put the whipped cream on the hallowed dough, put one dough on another, make it smooth by the whipped cream. Decorate it with the edible flowers.
