The ultimate Super Bowl Taquito 😍 It’s creamy, it’s cheesy, it’s rich, and your guests will keep coming back for more! VEGAN AND GLUTEN FREE!!

Chick’n & Cheese Taquitos
- 3 cups dry soy curls(hydrated + marinated in 👇)
- taco seasoning, oregano, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt and pepper

Cheesy Filling
- 6oz vegan cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups vegan cheese shreds
- 1/2 cup salsa
- a few shakes salt & pepper
- generous amount of Tajin
- green onions/ chives

Extras
- corn tortillas
- vegan sour cream for dipping

Hydrate soy curls in boiling water(with oregano, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt and pepper) for 10 mins, squeeze out and marinate in all seasonings. Allow to sit while making filling or several hours ahead of time.

Bake at 400°f for 15 mins, allow to cool 5-10, and ENJOY! 🏟️🏈
