Corn Palak Cheese Paratha

Ingredients :
1 cup Wheat Flour
1/2 tsp Carrom Seeds (Ajwain)
Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Add Salt as per taste
Add 2 tsp Oil
Add 1 cup finely chopped Spinach (Palak)
1 cup parboiled Sweetcorn (1 Corn Cob)
Finely chopped Green Chillies (as per taste)
3 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
Finely chopped Coriander
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Red Chilli Powder (as per taste)
2 shredded Cheese Cubes
Butter (to roast paratha)

Method :-
In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup Wheat Flour
Add 1/2 tsp Ajwain
Add 1 tsp Jeera
Add Salt as per taste
Add 2 tsp Oil
Add 1 cup finely chopped Spinach
Combine everything well together and knead a dough
Cover the dough and leave for 10 min
To Make Stuffing :
Take 1 cup parboiled Sweetcorn in a chopper
Coarsely crush it and transfer to a mixing bowl
Add finely chopped Green Chillies (as per taste)
Add 3 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
Add finely chopped Coriander
Add Salt as per taste
Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Add Red Chilli Powder (as per taste)
You can add other spices too as per your choice
Add 2 shredded Cheese Cubes
Mix it well and start making parathas
Roll out few balls from the dough prepared
Dip it into dry flour and flatten with the help of rolling pin
Add 1 spoon stuffing in the middle of paratha, cover the stuffing with corners and roll it further by applying dry flour on it (make thick paratha)
Heat the pan, place paratha on it and dry roast from both the sides.
Drizzle Butter on it and cook until it's golden-brown from both the sides
(Make more parathas following the same procedure)
