Economical Sarikaya/Srikaya Spread

Ingredients

Ingredient A

200 gr sugar
Ingredient B
300 ml light Coconut Milk. (Taken from the second squeezed Coconut Milk, dissolved with some additional water).
2 Screwpine leaves, tie it knot.

Ingredient C

200 gr Granulated Sugar.
500 ml Thick Coconut Milk (Taken from shredded Coconut Meats of 2 Coconut Fruits with a little additional water to get a total of 500 ml Thick Coconut Milk)

Ingredient D

3 Eggs.
½ tsp. Vanilla powder.
½ tsp. Salt.

Nota Bene

The Fresh Coconut Milk can be replaced with Instant Coconut Milk such as Sasa or Kara products etc.
