Srikaya Steamed Bread

Ingredient

Ingredient A

500 gr Bread flour.
120 gr of Sugar.
300 ml of Liquid Milk Solution (a mix of 100 ml of UHT milk and 200 ml of Water), or you may replace this ingredient with a full water or full UHT Milk, jus up to you.

Ingredient B

2 tsp. or 8 gr. of Instant Yeast.
100 ml of Cooking Oil.

Note It …

This Steamed Bread will only hold for up to 2-3 Days.
While when it’s stored in a closed box in the fridge without being applied with any jam, it can last for 6-7 days.
Then we can add the jam when serving it, or it’s way better to bake it using toaster or Teflon or grilled pan before we serve it, yeah it’s kind of Toast Bread style.
It tastes so much delicious for sure …
