Honestly, I've never done gnocchi before and on my way filming this video I made a few mistakes. Here is what I would do differently-
let the potatoes boil a bit longer, so they are softer to mash,
don't add the olive oil, because it becomes too sticky,
wait until the potatoes cool down, it was hot and painful for the hand.
For gnocchi:
potatoes
flour
salt
for mushroom sauce:
mushrooms,
vegan white cooking cream
spices up to you
Another thing- my phone died out of battery at some point and I didn't film the last part, you know the gnocchi it cooked when they come up in the surface while boiling, that's the sign you can take them out of boiling water.
