This 13-minute Total Body barre practice will be unlike any other barre class you’ve taken. We will find new, ballet-inspired movements to work every little muscle in our body.

Our focus will mostly be on the lower body, as we’ll really be activating the legs, bum, and core. 🙌 But we will mix small movements like pulses with grand full-body gestures to engage every muscle in some way and also find the grace of a beautiful ballerina floating across the floor.

By bringing every movement back to ballet, we will work all the right muscles in the proper ballerina way. 🩰

While this practice is perfect to sculpt the body and build strength, it will also help us practice our ballet steps and positions to understand the most effective way to use our muscles as we dance. 💃
