Hi! Join me for this 10 minute Gentle Yoga Sequence when your short on time and still trying to fit in your daily Yoga. This class is an all level class great for beginners, seniors and those new to Yoga but also beneficial for those more advanced. This would make a perfect early morning yoga routine before work, great on your lunch break or even good before you settle down to make dinner. We will do some stretching and strengthening and finish with a nice shavasana, final rest pose. Hope you enjoy it!
