Hi! This is a 25 minute gentle yoga class for tight hips. It's an all levels class, perfect for beginners and seniors and if you just want to take it easy. We take it slow and gentle for each of the posses, gently opening the hips. Hopefully you'll enjoy my assistant today! My 3 year old daughter joined me for class today, you'll get to see her playing and rolling in the sand as well as joining me for a pose or two!
