✅ Ingredients: (glass size 200 ml)
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
180 g/ 6.3 oz sugar (1 cup)
60 ml/ 2 fl.oz vegetable oil (3 tablespoons)
150 g/ 5.3 oz yogurt (8 tablespoons)
250 g / 8.8 oz flour (1 cup + 2/3 cup)
10 g/ 0.35 oz baking powder (2 tsp)
50 ml/ 1.7 fl.oz lemon juice (1/4 cup)
350 g/ 12 oz strawberries
Sliced almonds.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 C (360F)
baking dish 26x18 cm (10x7 inches)
