Today, I’m at a bakery called Ume Pan in Imari-shi, Saga. This bakery is located in an
extremely remote location and it was established in November, 2018, starting off with a
large debt of 20 million yen. It is known for its high-hydration bread and now people come
from all over to visit this remote bakery.
