My hubby lost about 90 LBS since switching to gluten free!
This sesame green beans uses only 4 ingredients.
Perfect for weight loss and tasty too!
It's so easy to make, no cutting board or knife needed.
While cooking the green beans, you can prepare the paste so it can be ready in 10 minutes.
Sesame seeds have wonderful nutritional benefits, and this is one of the easiest recipe.

Please use ground sesame seeds, not whole sesame seeds.
If the hard skin of the seeds are not broken they're hard to digest.
With whole sesame seeds chewing is not enough, they must be grounded to absorb the nutrition.
Once the skin of the seed is broken, absorption of nutrients is increased.
You can use black or white sesame. They are a slightly different nutty flavor, try both versions to explore the delicate flavors.
