Try making bibimbap with sweet and sour musaengchae and fried egg on top!

Musaengchae (radish fresh salad)


*Using salt

[Ingredients]

1/2 radish (700g)
Fine red pepper powder 1/4 cup (20g)
Brown sugar 2 tbsp (20g)
Minced garlic 1 tbsp (20g)
Vinegar 1/4 cup (40g)
Salt 2 tbsp (20g)
Green onion 1 cup (80g)
Ground sesame seeds 1 tbsp (5g)

[Directions]

1. Rinse the radish and remove the skin.
2. Use the shredder to make radish shreds at even thickness.
2. Chop the green onions.
4. Add salt, brown sugar, fine red pepper powder, minced garlic, vinegar, and green onion to the radish shreds and mix thoroughly.
5. Add ground sesame seeds to finish.


*Using fish sauce

[Ingredients]

1/2 radish (700g)

2. Use the shredder to make radish shreds at even thickness.
2. Chop the green onions.
3. Add fish sauce, brown sugar, fine red pepper powder, minced garlic, vinegar, green onion, salt, and ground sesame seeds to the radish shreds and mix thoroughly.
4. Season with a little bit of salt to finish.
